Currently the Chief Digital Officer UK & International at Initiative and a Board Member of KINESSO UK, Lauren has held positions at Reprise Digital, OMG, PHD and Havas Media Group and work with 100+ brands across a variety of industries including O2, NatWest, Volkswagen Group, Sainsbury’s, LEGO and De Beers, in strategic planning, activation and innovation in the digital vertical. Her drive is on creating cultural velocity through digital transformation, emerging technologies and the application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
