Anna is a transformational communications and media leader respected for her democratic style and ability to build team resiliance and motivation through challenging times. She is Director Media & Connections Planning, CE, Pepsico, Poland having risen rapidly at a leading Polish Media Agency from Media Planner, through numerous leadership roles to Managing Partner. Anna has 20+ years’ experience working for a variety of international brands and cooperating media suppliers.
Anna first partnered with Adrian as her executive coach when she was promoted onto the leadership board after her rapid rise from media planner to Managing Partner. Through an 8-year coaching partnership, Anna identified and took action to smooth multiple and complex friction points, learned to lean into her instrinsic motivations, and enjoyed apparently effortless personal career growth & satisfaction. By finding this sense of flow, Anna was able to establish her position on the board, deliver critical KPIs including leading the embedding of a key international central Europe account for one of the agencies largest global clients, managing a complex team of over 70 people, leading the implementation of programmatic solutions for key global FMCG clients, and overseeing succession planning & talent.
