Jason is Global Aftersales Technical Training Manager at JCB and a thought-leader in the value of transformative training to drive personal performance and business success across the automotive industry. Jason's pioneering JCB sales leadership programme 'CornerStone' was recognised with the Princess Royal Training Award in 2022, has featured in several podcasts and a dedicated chapter in the book "How to Create a Resilient and Positive Culture in the Workplace".
Jason first partnered with pressurepoint as a delegate at an automotive OEM, where frictions were being felt across the organisation as a result of a lack of development at the management level of the business. Fast-forward to 2019 and Jason invited pressurepoint to collaborate once again on the development and design of 'CornerStone', a UK and UAE focused consultative selling programme, winner of the Princess Royal Trust Award 2022. The programme continues to provide outstanding excellence in training delivery and business outcomes for JCB and the process enabled Jason to deliver his best work and shine.
