Adrian and Jane first partnered at Microsoft Advertising, during her tenure as Director of Specialist Sales. It was here that Jane first experienced the power Less Friction. More FlowSM, within piece of work that was engineered to de glitch leadership team frictions and embed strategies to enable talented leaders to work cohesively as a high performing team. Since then Adrian and pressurepoint have been trusted partners for Jane helping her to successfully establish and lead businesses in her subsequent roles. This includes establishing the European arm of Mode Media, a recent stint helping to grow the PAN EMEA media sales division at Spotify, and now back at Microsoft serving as Director of Sales driving Enterprise Sales of AI.
