As VP for a major financial services company in the UK, Nikunj is responsible for engineering for critical UK payments services. The role involves setting long term strategic technology and team goals, and ensuring both are fit for purpose as the organisation tackles new challenges coming in the UK A2A area.
Nikunj has been coached by Adrian and his team over many years, starting off with a focus on the wider leadership structure of his team. He felt unable to get his A-grade senior management team into flow, and so work was done to consider how they worked together, paying particular attention to their own styles of leadership. Latterly, Nikunj invited Adrian to provide personal coaching to empower him to lean into leadership more intentionally, become confident in his personal brand, and find flow as a high EQ and DQ leader.
