Johanna is currently Chief Data Officer at BAE Systems and member of the Board of Trustees for the Royal Statistics Society. She has been named the 6th most influential person in Data in the UK 2024 by DataIQ. She has previously held senior roles at the UK Health Security Agency, Department of Health and Social Care and the Pensions Regulator.
While at the Pensions Regulator, Johanna first engaged pressurepoint to help her navigate through organisational complexities, and enable her brilliance to shine. As a result when she left to take on the Director role at the Health Security Agency she left the department in good hands... We continue to partner with her at BAE Systems to help her deliver her mission there.
