Jo is our Finance and Operations Director. Passionate and knowledgeable about all things pressurepoint, her role is to manage the team behind the scenes to ensure smooth delivery as well as to ensure clients receive beyond expected results for their training and development investment. Jo is also responsible for any project contracts and invoicing.

With 19 years at LLoyds Bank under her belt, Jo has a strong organisational and financial background.

Her banking career was varied and included working in audit for 2 years, a stint in Guernsey as Operations Manager, managing a group of 2 branches before moving into business banking. Here, she managed the relationships with many SMEs in a variety of industries including a short spell managing the Area office.

By listening to business leaders, Jo was more able to understand the varied needs and challenges the businesses were facing, and could then help them flourish financially.
