We usually deliver these interventions as an away day that brings together your team and your client’s team. Before running the main session, we hold a fact-finding session to identify the areas we need to address. We might also speak to members of the client team to get their perspective on the issues. We run the facilitation in a way that makes parties feel safe to speak their truth, and which encourages listening, understanding and empathy. We follow it up with a touchbase session. This is where we set out a plan to make sure both sides live up to the commitments they made in the main session.
